Recruits and Members have been sent the following through that of PM's with both parties receiving semi-different write ups.

We know as a council that we've been dormant the last two weeks. But, just know that our resolve is strong as ever and we've got plans for the future of this guild. The game has only been out a month, everyone relax, and realize that SWTOR will be here a long time to come (Hopefully). We hope that SWTOR remains around for awhile and if it happens to stumble; then rest assured we'll remain a guild finding a new MMORPG as we have for the last five years.

We'd like to ask that all ID Personnel be on Ventrilo when in the game. If you want privacy we've created a (Quite Room) on Ventrilo in which lets us know that you're online so we can reach you if needed. If you join this room we'd ask that you put what character your on; within your comment so that we may contact you.

NOTE: The quite room has no voice capabilities.

I'd like to inform all Recruits who joined after January 10th; you'll have your evaluation period come February 5th. For those of you that weren't Denied/Accepted on January 10th you will be reevaluated come January 27th.

We'd like to ask all ID personnel to voice your opinions, concerns, and things you want to see happen within the Guild Quarters. Also, if you've issues with another individual in the guild then voice up to a council member within ID. Don't let your hatred, rage, and overall grudge against another individual be reason to leave ID. Just remember that we believe in loyalty, and the Gquit button is the opposite of loyalty.

Talk to the following individuals about a problem you may have with another Recruit/Member within the guild... If it's an issue with one of the below individuals then talk to Zurilia. If you've an issue with Zurilia bring your problem to Heelzors or Draconian.

Z's reasons for in the future quitting SW...

Today we are releasing our first major Game Update, Rise of the Rakghouls. Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ has had a very successful launch, but we know our work has only begun. We want you, our fans, to know that we’ll continue expanding and exploring the galaxy, ensuring it’s a place where new adventures are constantly unfolding.

Both high and low level players will discover new content and game systems waiting for them in this Game Update. Our goal is to provide something exciting for every type of player in the game: PVP players, Flashpoint fans, Guild members, space combat aces and role-players.

This first Game Update will show everyone how serious we are about expanding Star Wars: The Old Republic, and there’s much more to come. We have another major update planned for March and future content arriving throughout 2012 and 2013. We plan to release new Operations, Flashpoints, Warzones, Space Missions, single player content, vehicles, and companion characters. We’ll always be improving our existing game with additions like guild banks, PVP ranked matches and interface customization. Our Legacy system expands in March, bringing more options and a new level of depth to the existing character classes.

Our Game Updates will also include bug fixes, balance changes, performance improvements and exploit-proofing based on your feedback. We review reports from the community every day and compare them to gameplay metrics, QA bugs and our own experiences in the live game—where we’re playing right alongside you. Although we already address critical issues during our weekly updates, the major Game Updates will implement some of the most sweeping changes and fixes.

Expect a few surprises between these Game Updates, too. You never know when the Republic might strike Dromund Kaas, if a mysterious alien fleet could appear in the Core Worlds… or when the Rakghoul plague of Taris might infect the rest of the Galaxy. Changes are coming, and they’ll affect everyone.

We fully intend to support Star Wars: The Old Republic—and our players—for many years to come.

These individuals listed below have been judged for many things since they initially applied to Imitatio Dei. There's a compilation of (must haves) in order to become a member of Imitatio Dei; some of these Pre-Launch applicants just didn't have what it took to become a full fledged member.

Listed below you'll see those that have become Denied, Promoted, and those we feel need extended trials who all applied to the guild prior to game launch.

For those of you that were denied this wasn't a 1, 2, or even 3 man decision. It was a vote taken by 16 Lieutenant and higher ranked members in which whether or not you were to become ID material. We wish you luck in all of your future affairs, and may we meet alongside each other on the battlefield against the Republic.

For those of you that have been promoted to Member.. We'd like to congratulate you and we hope your future in Imitatio Dei is long and prosperous.

For those of you that were put on Extended Trial.. We'd like to inform you that it may have been due to factors like not using Ventrilo, Website, or lack of socialization with other members outside of your clique. Please look inward on yourself and find out what rules & regulation you might be slacking on.

For those of you that were Denied.. We wish you the best, and would like to inform you that you're not an enemy of the guild. We simply feel that you're not the type of individual we're looking to place into our family of like minded gamers. Though most of you that were Denied simply lacked the following of a majority of the rules & regulations, and/or just never logged online.

Any questions or comments may be sent to myself directly through PM on the website. For those of you that were Denied you must understand that you've been a Recruit this entire time. If you try to tarnish the ID name due to being denied it'll only make you look bad; for you've known all along it was a 50/50 chance to becoming an ID member.

"Promotion Time"

It’s that time of the year again, the time of the year where hopeful recruits pray to which ever god they believe, whether it is Jesus or Joe Pesci. You guessed it, all Recruits who applied to the guild before earlier access began on the 13th of December 2011 Recruit period will come to an end. By January 10th 2012 you will either be an official member of ID or one of our fan followers

The Council would like to ask that all current ID members please post any and all your feedback on recruits. It doesn’t matter if it is your personal interaction with them on Ventrilo/Guild chat or in game experience (ToR/Other games).   We need your feed back on who you feel would be a great addition to ID. Please post your feedback by January 8th at 11:59 PM.

Furthermore the council would like to invite all members Lieutenant and above to join us in a meeting on January the 9th at 9pm EST to help us go through all of the feedback and make an informed decision on who makes it into the guild

Finally in lieu of this we will officially be closing recruitment. We would like to see where the guild stands so that we can be more selective in our recruitment.

GUILD BANK = IDBank

Do not mail crafting mats to the IDBank that are less than Grade 6.

Do not mail Mission: Discovery, Treasure Hunting, Underworld Trading etc... Unless their 340+

Do not mail crafting materials that are bought from the crafting vendors to IDBank. IE: Fibrous Nylite Solution etc..

Mail your items once a day. If you logout and mail items then wait till the next day to mail more items if you relog within the same day of already mailing items. Please ensure that you're only mailing items when you're finally done with your play session for a day.

Do not mail pieces of gear unless Purple/Dark Purple grade.

Do not mail augments, mods, underlay, overlay, hilts, etc.. Unless they're Purple grade or higher.

THE ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHEN BIOWARE PROVIDES AN ACTUAL GUILD BANK.
